Terms and Conditions. These (“Terms and Conditions”) governs the services provided to the Clients and Candidates in the United States (“US”). By engaging with these services, both Clients and Candidates agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Recruitment services are offered to connect U.S. based employers (“Clients”) with qualified ("Candidates") for various career opportunities. While reasonable care is exercised in sourcing Candidates, no specific outcome, including hiring or the continued employment of any Candidate is guaranteed. Clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, be available for Candidate interviews, and comply with all relevant employment laws in the U.S.
Hiring Decisions. The responsibility of hiring Candidates rests with the Client. Client payment for services are due as per the agreed upon terms. Candidates are not subject to any payment for services. Candidates agree to provide truthful information, maintain confidentiality, and respond promptly to interview opportunities. Both parties understand that success is not guaranteed, and neither party is responsible for any damages arising from the recruitment process. This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation, or if necessary in binding arbitration.
Personal Data. Is shared during recruitment and will be kept confidential. Privacy and data protection are taken seriously, and personal information is handled in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA and PIPEDA. Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or technological failures.
